The staff at FJ Chalke Kia Mere were good because this is my 3rd tonic from them, as always customer service is fantastic, Ian sold me the car and was very friendly and professional, unfortunately he was on holiday when I had to take handover but instead i delt with Dave who was fantastic, friendly and very chatty, my mind was put at ease with all the aspects of the handover, he even showed me new features on the car, as it was an upgrade, overall fantastic team, coffee was good too
I'd definitely recommend FJ Chalke Kia Mere to friends and family because the overall experience was great from start to finish. Very professional and welcoming.
